Testing the Regex

I really liked the idea of testing the notification and the service.

However it would be awesome if there is an option for testing the regex as well. So basically if there is an option to pass a fake/test "latest release" instead of pulling the release from the github.com

Example:

❯ ./argus -test.service EXAMPLE/SERVICE -test.latest_release v1.0.0

This is very much neede if we are using regex. Especially for major releases

I think there should be a config.yml for major release of various repos, I think I would have to start one.

If you just want to test regex out against random strings rather than a service's tags, I'd say that it makes more sense to use something like
https://regex101.com/

yes I am using regex101 at the moment, however the yml requires extra backspaces
example: ^v?\\d+\\.0\\.0$ in .yml is equivalent to ^v?\d+\.0\.0$ in regex101. it causes a little confusion

The major releases that I referred to is maybe like a preset regex that will track the major releases like v1.0.0 , v2.0.0 , v3.0.0 etc instead of having to track every minor releases like v1.0.1, v1.0.2
