Cross product of all TLS ciphers and exchange groups #351
Description
It would be nice to iterate the cross-product of all TLS ciphers and exchange groups. Especially to show timings.
Specifically in "Supported Server Cipher(s)" it would be nice to see TLSv1.3 with all of secp, mlkem, x25519 and hybrids; specifically with --show-times.
