Unable to locate publishable resources.

Using Laravel 7, when I run php artisan vendor:publish --tag=panichd-db I get an error message "Unable to locate publishable resources".

Please review PanicHD installation steps. Also, although with Laravel 7 you should not need to add PanicHDServiceProvider manually, I would try to do that step and see if you still get the same error or not.

I am using Laravel 8 and am getting the same error, can't do anything with it for days.
I put pure Laravel
omposer require panichd / panichd
I create panichd_attachments and panichd_thumbnails folders according to the manual
php artisan vendor: publish --tag = panichd-db
I get the error Unable to locate publishable resources.
mysait / panichd gives 404 error

If /panichd URL gives 404 error after following PanicHD installation steps until number 3, It may be because PanicHDServiceProvider is not being properly loaded. If you're using Laravel 5.5 or newer, please check in your Laravel composer.json if there is a "dont-discover" parameter configured, or any other that may be (explicitly or not) blocking PanicHD to load.

You may test two things:

• Execute composer dump-autoload and try again.
• Add PanicHDServiceProvider manually, according to installation step 3 as If you were working with an older Laravel installation.

I had this Issue with Laravel 8.x and it resolved after running composer update. Not sure why the providers wans't listed before.
