Add support for Node 24.14.X line

Update this buildpack to support Node 24.14.X line so that I can stay caught up on Node LTS releases

Possible Solution

Update the buildpack.toml with the right entry

Motivation

Staying updated on Node LTS is very important for keeping my web apps sage

@pacostas thanks for the quick reply. I dug deeper and I think I found the issue

1. My initial search missed that you had added it to the buildpack.toml
2. My pack failure is likely caused by what looks like a publish failure in this buildpack

It looks like 24.10.0 support was never successfully released

@pacostas I found the real issue. The java buildpack has not updated yet: paketo-buildpacks/java#2104. Any advice on how to get this merged in?
