CLI command to search for other CLI commands

Overview

It would be really nice to be able to search for available commands using the CLI. An example of this functionality is the find command in FRRouting's vtysh shell:

This would allow a CLI user to be able to quickly search for a command that they know (or suspect) exists, but that they don't know the location/hierarchy of.

This is a good idea. A lightweight way to do this would be to add a command that just prints the whole tree. The user could pipe that to fzf.

Cute TUI for listing available commands. We have way more commands, so this wouldn’t really work as is, but I like the idea of a browsable tree.
