Support for VDMA Layout Interchange Format

Currently you can only export the plant models to xml, is that correct?

Do you think an import / export with that guideline would be realistic / worth it?

Yes - openTCS only contains an export of plant models to its own XML format.

LIF support would absolutely make sense.
