When a port is deleted from a redirection target (RT) on Nuage the OSC plugin is recreating the RT #24
Description
The Nuage plugin is currently retrieving the redirection target by its respective port. If the port has been unassigned on Nuage the RT is not found, the plugin returns null. In that scenario OSC is creating a new RT.
The assigned port should not be editable by the user, or if it must be the plugin should attempt to reuse the existing RT assigning the port to it when OSC tries to create a new RT.
