You said that you have two work accounts. Does that mean that you have three accounts total — two work accounts and one personal account? Or are there only two accounts involved? Either way, it sounds like there are multiple accounts involved here. Based on the behaviors you've described, the account that you've configured for your github account has 0% code review usage remaining, but I suspect that you're looking at the usage dashboard for a different account. |

Yes, two work accounts and a personal account. When one account was out, I would use another. In this instance, all three accounts showed 100% code review remaining. It's like something bugged out, and code review stopped working entirely. |

After 3 days, I can confirm that I am still getting the notification of no code review remaining, despite all three of my accounts showing 100% available. |

I have only one account and I get the same issue. My dashboard says 100% when I definitely have been using it for the last couple of hours. |

There are two separate utilizations: one for code generation and a second for code review. Are you sure you're looking at the right utilization display in the dashboard? |

Yeah. Either the dashboard is wrong/unclear/incomplete or the GitHub bot is wrong. I saw someone else say they fixed it by unlinking and relinking the connector, but that didn't work for me either. |

We can look into this further, but we'll need your user ID. On https://chatgpt.com/codex, click on your profile icon in the top right, and then click on your email address. @helpimfalling It seems you have both a personal plan and your account is part of a Business workspace. You must have your github account connected to both, and your Business workspace account is out of limits. Try switching to the workspace account, going to https://chatgpt.com/codex/settings/connectors, and disconnecting your github from that account. When a github is connected to multiple accounts (or accounts in workspaces, which are see as separate accounts), the most recently connected one is usually used. |

@willwang-openai the workspace is deactivated and when I try to pay to activate it just to deactivate the connector, i get an error telling me to contact support... is there no other way to fix this? i've tried to contact support about this code review issue in the past and was kinda just given the ringer. |

I wanted to add a follow-up. I have three accounts in total, two personal and one business. I have diagnosed that regardless of what account I use for codex tasks, code review is only done by the first personal account that was connected to my GitHub. And all three of my accounts are connected to a GitHub account. |

Codex GitHub Connector shows “usage limit reached” despite Code Review usage showing 100% remaining
Every GitHub PR triggers a comment from chatgpt-codex-connector saying:
“You have reached your Codex usage limits for code reviews.”
This happens immediately, even on newly opened PRs.
The usage dashboard shows 100% remaining code review.
I do have two work GPT accounts, both are linked to my GitHub, but that has not caused any issues previously.
Happy to provide repo name, PR links, timestamps, or screenshots if helpful.
