You said that you have two work accounts. Does that mean that you have three accounts total — two work accounts and one personal account? Or are there only two accounts involved? Either way, it sounds like there are multiple accounts involved here. Based on the behaviors you've described, the account that you've configured for your github account has 0% code review usage remaining, but I suspect that you're looking at the usage dashboard for a different account. |

I have only one account and I get the same issue. My dashboard says 100% when I definitely have been using it for the last couple of hours. |

I'm having the same issue and have been having it for a few months now... any updates on a fix? |

I'm having the same issue. I don't believe I'm part of a business workspace (unsure how to check..?). Usage dashboard shows 90% remaining yet the bot has been claiming I've reached the limit for days now. My UID is |

I wanted to add a follow-up. I have three accounts in total, two personal and one business. I have diagnosed that regardless of what account I use for codex tasks, code review is only done by the first personal account that was connected to my GitHub. And all three of my accounts are connected to a GitHub account. |

Pro shows 100% usage remaining, but I’m stuck on “Code review usage limits reached” + can’t leave a deactivated Business workspace (sole owner)I’m running into what looks like a stuck Code Review limit that doesn’t match what my Pro usage dashboard shows. I also suspect it may be related to a deactivated ChatGPT Business workspace that I can’t exit. What’s happening
What I’ve already triedSupport suggested:
I’ve already done all of that. No change. Business workspace complicationI previously created a ChatGPT Business workspace (less than a day old) and it’s now deactivated. I was the only user / sole owner. Current state:
So I’m effectively stuck attached to a deactivated Business workspace that I can’t manage, transfer, or exit. Why I think these are connectedThere are forum reports suggesting Code Review access/limits can be affected by workspace state or an invisible limiter separate from the visible Pro usage indicator. If Pro shows 100% remaining, but Code Review is blocked by some other limit, that limit needs to be:

What I’m NOT willing to doI’m not paying to reactivate the Business workspace just to:
…when this seems like something higher-tier Support should be able to resolve directly. Support case number: 06172894 If anyone has a known resolution (or OpenAI staff can confirm the correct escalation path), I’d appreciate it. |

Codex GitHub Connector shows “usage limit reached” despite Code Review usage showing 100% remaining
Every GitHub PR triggers a comment from chatgpt-codex-connector saying:
“You have reached your Codex usage limits for code reviews.”
This happens immediately, even on newly opened PRs.
The usage dashboard shows 100% remaining code review.
I do have two work GPT accounts, both are linked to my GitHub, but that has not caused any issues previously.
Happy to provide repo name, PR links, timestamps, or screenshots if helpful.
