Did Codex just get rid of interactive mode, i.e. read-only?

My config.toml reads: sandbox_mode = "read-only"
Also, up until 0.98.0, there was the "read-only" permission when running /approvals in Codex CLI.

Now, there's only Default and Full Access.

Yeah I think they should recover that option

I agree. I don't understand why the developers working on Codex have been so against the manual approval mode.
It's the default mode for all other AI coding tools.
