There are people in a business subscription who don't work with Codex at all, and some who work with it almost exclusively. Nevertheless, in a business subscription, the monthly or annual price is paid for each user. In my opinion, it would be fair to allow the workspace administrator to share the Codex limits among users so that if user A mainly uses Codex and user B does not, user A can also use user B's quota, or everything can simply be shared as a whole, as is the case with the credit system.
Many people with business subscriptions share logins, etc., but this is simply an unnecessary process and should not be required in a business environment. Especially since it hinders productive work. Codex is supposed to increase productivity, so it shouldn't require workflows like this.
