Allow a "Save" format that writes the proof to a file instead of just displaying onscreen

Right now Paperthin will display an HTML file, but in order to view it, a proofreader would need to download the app and import the story file. It would be a great help if the HTML could be exported since the built-in browser doesn't allow for saving the source.
