no costs in stomp_2d_test

Hi

when I try running stomp_2d_test.launch and visualize the results using stomp_2d_test_plot.py, I get just a straight line and the cost is 0 everywhere. Even when I change one of the elipsoids to boolean, ie cost=1

I'm running indigo and would in the long run like to revive the moveit plugin.
