bootiso: Creating vfat partition on '/dev/sdb1'... mkfs.vfat: Labels with characters *?.,;:/\|+=<>[]" are not allowed mkfs.fat 4.2 (2021-01-31)In my case I think it was a space. Simple substitute should fix that.

mkfs should work good-er
