details about concordance between POS

Hey, I do not remember many details but check this website:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grammatical_gender

So (according to the code) we take into account the neighboring words and check how many words satisfy the gender and number concordance and which do not.

I believe we have took into account the data from the corpus that indicates whether a word is singular/plural or masculine/feminine in https://github.com/joanap/MachineTranslationDetection/blob/master/scripts/Features/Util/POSTagger.py#L84. We just counted the neighbors matched and did not.
