As a developer, I need to be able to test the code that I write.
As a QA, I need to be able to test and try to break the code that the devs have
written.
As a customer, I need to be able to monitor the progress of the website as it
is developed.
* Acceptance Criteria *
There is a wiki page explaining how to run the website locally.
The tools needed to run the website locally are on Google Code.
* Notes *
I usually use a tool called USBWebServer, which is free. We should look into
that.
