Add integration tests covering user-modified device configuration/provisioning templates

Following on the ideas in #3185 (review), add integration tests that use user-specified:

• Device provisioning template (Vagrant only)
• Device configuration file (containerlab only)
• Daemon configuration file
• Device configuration template

The test should probably use "netlab create" followed by a validation bash script.
