Support for new amf3 types from Flash 10/Air 1.5

Flash 10 introduced several new types to amf3, including Vector and flash.utils.Dictionary that have support for native amf serialization (typecodes 0x0d - 0x11).

I've got a proof of concept implementing read and write support in the pyamf.amf3 (non-cython) on my fork (fmoo@67d2bf2)

Interesting, thanks - will take a look at this on the weekend. Should be pretty easy to validate the amf and get support added for the new types.
