Allow moving messages between different accounts

Most desktop mail clients allow moving messages between mailboxes in different accounts. ( Outlook,  Mail.app, Thunderbird).   Would be nice to have this ability in a cli tool.   

Or at least download set of messages to a local folder (based on search criteria) and upload them to a different account.
