PIP does not like REQUIREMENTS.txt

--editable=eventtools/REQUIREMENTS.txt should be formatted with svn+URL, git+URL, hg+URL or bzr+URL
Storing complete log in /Users/wdierkes/.pip/pip.log

This is partially due to a typo in eventtools/INSTALLATION.txt ... the option for pip is '-r' and not '-e'.
