GitHub Copilot Across Environments: IDE, Chat, GitHub.com, and Command Line Techniques includes too old information such as retired slash command such as /generate and file attachement - #file: in Github copilot.

In addition to it, many information is duplicated with other GitHub Copilot starter module and reduce learning effectiveness.

Could you please consider 1) updaking this module with latest informaiton or 2) merge with duplicated contents?
