Add Mago to the CI Pipeline #2021
Description
Mago is a Rust based PHP linter and static analysis tool that has unified functionality from tools such as php-cs-fixer, phpstan and psalm, while also being a lot faster than the mentioned tools.
The goal is to replace Psalm and cs-fixer with Mago. We might be able to replace PHPStan too if Mago works well enough
