Hello, Serde 1.0.225 introduced [breaking changes](https://github.com/serde-rs/serde/pull/2980) for swc. swc_core > 0.42.1 is required to get the [fix](https://github.com/swc-project/swc/commit/45f17edccc1c3b83e75d42e3459b16c08fd6d76f). This is preventing us to update serde.
