0. Play any video with Cyrillic letters like https://youtu.be/oBqTtFBStjk
1. Download the video in any quality.
2. Go to Downloads.
3. Export the video.
4. Check the file name.

Actual result

Cyrillic letters are missing from the video file name.

Expected result

All symbols are included in the video file name.
