Bug: Sources don't auto-update anymore at startup

Reproduction steps

1. Check and have Automatic Updates enabled for each source.
2. Have an older source version.
3. Close and reopen GrayJay

Actual result

While in the past, plug-ins would all auto update silently at start, now they don't, and they only appear in the sources section with 'update available' message.

User still needs to manually update each source.

This happens on latest version v372

Expected result

Expected to have each plugin update automatically at start up, silently.
