Bug: Only every second shorts video loads if played from a channel tab

Reproduction steps

1. Open any channel page.
2. Go to its "shorts" tab.

Actual result

Only every second short video loads, non loading videos are stuck on a loading screen with no progress and no shorts ui.

Expected result

All shorts videos should play as regular.
Every shorts video should load after loading screen and shorts UI should appear.
