Hi @dmccoystephenson , this issue was replicable on my end too. I've pushed some fixes regarding this and tested on some dummy projects. Please let me know if you're still facing the issue.

I opened a PR to test this and the problem is still occurring:

I ran a test with github workflows and it seems to fail in the jobs only. It's showing some weird "css file not found" which when run locally doesn't occur. @William-McGonagle can you help identify the issue because I'm getting a bit confused here.
