FindBackgroundReferencesInFile for TransparentCompiler not returning Partial/Active Pattern Values

👋 While Claude was working on trying to get Partial/Active patterns to work in Find All References, it found a number of the tests weren't working with for only the TransparentCompiler.

I had Claude generate a reproduction:

I did have Claude give it a go to try to fix this too. I'll submit a PR for it to see if it's even sane.

Is it because of #14969 ?

For non partial APs, the name gets repeated again in the function body, so you have a mapping between declaration (in the AP body) and usage in a pattern.

In partial APs, the case name is only in the name, which is currently a gap (the name is not decomposed into individual names of cases AFAIK from the linked issue)
