Please provide a succinct description of the issue.

👋 While Claude was working on trying to get Partial/Active patterns to work in Find All References, it found a number of the tests weren't working with for only the TransparentCompiler.

Repro steps

Provide the steps required to reproduce the problem:

I had Claude generate a reproduction:

FcsTransparentCompilerRepro.zip

I did have Claude give it a go to try to fix this too. I'll submit a PR for it to see if it's even sane.
