dotnet.exe/dotnet installers will not launch #10289
Description
Hey guys, I don't know anything about dotnet or coding, but I was trying to run an Intel Driver installer and it said I needed to update .NET to version 9.0.0. I downloaded the installer, but when I tried running the file it would launch then immediately crash. I tried to troubleshoot this but I couldn't find any info regarding the issue. I also went into my program files folder and found the dotnet folder and tried running the dotnet.exe file but it wouldn't launch either.
