`actions/setup-go@v5` is throwing deprecation warnings

Hello,

I'm writing to request that you release a new version of this action. The current version, v0.1.13, is using actions/setup-go@v5, which throws Node deprecation warnings in CI [recent example].

I see that action.yml has been updated to use a newer version, so a new release should allow workflows to upgrade and stop seeing deprecation warnings.

Ah, the warning now gives a removal timeline; I didn't notice one before. Thanks for the poke.

Node.js 20 actions are deprecated. The following actions are running on Node.js 20 and may not work as expected: actions/setup-go@v5. Actions will be forced to run with Node.js 24 by default starting June 2nd, 2026.

I added the bump for actions/setup-go@7bc60db, but I guess there is now another reason to move. We'll look to see if there are other things we should adjust or fix and then plan a release. cc @tianon
