[FEATURE REQUEST] zcia support

Apologies if an issue like this already exists (I couldn't find any others like this).

Describe the feature you'd like
Be able to install zcia or zcci files as described here azahar-emu/azahar#1208 and here. This would help save space when keeping backups, but still be able to install it without converting first.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Convert between zcia and cia or zcci and 3ds
• Use FBI instead when/if they merge this PR Add zcia (compressed cia) file install support nh-server/FBI-NH#2

@flanter21 - the 3DS will never be able to write this files. Extracting them (and with that, installing) is a possibility, although. Keeping this one open for that possibility.
