Tolerance feature type checking

It should be checked if a certain type of Tolerance has the proper localization features. For example a PlanePlaneDistance should only contain two planes, PlaneAxisDistance should only contain a plane and a hole, etc.

Maybe there should be a toleranceverification call when creating an instance of LocalizationTolerance. Including

• the above described feature type checking
• checking if tolerancedistance is implemented for machined/rough, primitive/freeform types
