It's a weird to see a failed. but actually, the unknown words in the cspell.config.yml.

The cspell config is actually project-specific. It looks like cpp-linter-hooks has no cspell config file.

I understand the confusion though. The committed config (used to enforce conventional commit standard in PR title) is global and lives in this org repo.
