Workflows errors aren't reported

Hello,

When a workflow throw an error, there is nothing in the console, nothing in the agent? Is this a wanted behavior? How to automatically know, from the agent point of view, that something wrong in the workflow?

You can override onWorkflowError() to get a hold of errors. https://developers.cloudflare.com/agents/concepts/workflows/#workflow-tracking I'll make it so the default implementation is a console.error with a message telling you to override the method if you want to do more with it
