[Bug]: container system status - apiserver is not running and not registered with launchd

I have done the following

• I have searched the existing issues
• If possible, I've reproduced the issue using the 'main' branch of this project

Steps to reproduce

is this normal to see the error..
I dont seem to be able to us either it throws errors

'container' services do not appear to be running.
Start them with:
container system start

but it seems to be running but without api ?

apiserver is not running and not registered with launchd

Current behavior

can not continue with my script to deploy images

Expected behavior

api error?

Hi @computerworxdev, we cannot debug this further without environment information and relevant logs.

Can you provide the output of the following commands?

container --version 
xcodebuild -version 
/usr/bin/swift --version

Then could you try to capture system logs while reproducing the issue, then provide those logs here?

container system logs --follow
