Can't add newlines in prompt on web/mobile

Description

Currently tapping enter on a mobile keyboard submits the prompt. Unfortunately on mobile you can't shift-enter (on usual keyboards anyway).
Ideally, mobile view would default to enter-as-newline and an explicit prompt submission by tapping the button.
