Game interferes with Windows' Game Bar

I normally record videos using Windows' Game Bar by pressing Windows + Alt + R keys, but for some reason the game prevents me from recording videos if set to fullscreen mode. If I am not using fullscreen mode, I have no problem.

This type of bug is not something I've encountered before, and I honestly would like to know if anyone else has this type of issue.
