[SUCCESS] Xiaomi 4C(Global 3.0.23) & troubleshooting

[Bi2Nb9O3-Studio]

Report that it works on Xiaomi 4C(ROM:Global 3.0.23 ) with tag0.0.10
It seems that it doesn't work with firmware 2.14.87.
The log show that the command has been run.

1. Use 小米路由器修复工具 to flash it into Global 3.0.23.
2. Use this repo to unlock the telnet.

Anybody else had success with this version? I have tried both Global 3.0.23 and 2.14.80
