I am unable to install Xcode 26.1:

sudo env PATH=$PATH xcodes install 26.1

(2/6) Unarchiving Xcode (This can take a while)

Removing damaged XIP and re-attempting installation.

• Apple M1 Max
• MacOS 15.7.2
• xcodes installed through homebrew
• I have to use sudo due to security measures on my device that I can't do anything about. It hasn't caused any issues in the past.
• Up until now, the xcodes install command has worked perfectly for me (past 3-ish years).

Looks like xcodereleases.com is pointing to a corrupt URL https://download.developer.apple.com/Developer_Tools/Xcode_26.1/XcodeXIP_26.1_Universal.xip
