Integrate Hive index CLI with latest GUFI and plugin support

Update beegfs index commands to run GUFI binaries directly (dir2index, treesummary, find, stat, sqlite3) and align flags/behavior with current upstream, and ensure CLI stays compatible with the latest GUFI commits.
