cannot install spinqit

$  pip install spinqit
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement spinqit (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for spinqit

as of right now, this is what python 3.11 on mac m4 system says, when I try to install spinqit.
I see the pypi is still up: https://pypi.org/project/spinqit/

Any ideas?

right now, only way to get it started is with: pip install git+https://github.com/SpinQTech/SpinQit

Version 0.2.4 of SpinQit supports Python 3.8, 3.9, and 3.10 when installed via PyPI. If you build from source on Linux, Python 3.11 is also supported. However, we haven't yet tested higher Python versions or other operating systems. The current documentation needs an update, but it shouldn't be strictly limited to Python 3.8 and 3.9. We will update the docs shortly to clarify these details.
