Wow, I am very impressed with the GUI and the variety of different charts and visualizations. One suggestion to improve the functionality further would be to expand the filter conditions. For example, it would be useful to have the ability to query data based on criteria like cancellation_policy or minimum_nights. This could be implemented in an expandable tab labeled "Advanced Search Conditions."

Additionally, I encountered an issue with the requirements.txt file. It didn't work for me initially, and after manually installing the packages listed in the requirements.txt, I still had to install a few additional dependencies myself. This might be an error on my part, and it’s not a significant issue, but I wanted to bring it to your attention.
