Library Review - Livery Relevance

A lot of library content is old, including the aircraft. Some liveries are old and superseded, or for airlines that no longer exist.

• Identify liveries that have been replaced by the airline. We should keep the old livery for anyone who specifically needs it, but it should go in a subfolder and not be included in random placements.
• Audit any liveries for airlines that no longer exist. The livery can still be present in the library but it should be removed from random placements.

The output of this task should be a report, listing recommendations for further work.
