Library Review - Texture Optimisation

All textures need to be reviewed for size and detail. Identify:

• Unnecessarily big textures (which can cause performance issues). Need to be careful here as hardware is always improving and we don't want to throw away high detail where it could be a future benefit.
• Undersized textures (which can produce poor quality results). Would be helpful to also recommend potential replacements, taking into account licensing restrictions.
• Plain colour textures, which now have a new home in /shared_textures/colours/. These should all be 4px x 4px.

The output of this task should be a report, listing recommendations for further work.
