Description
Verify that audio questions handle microphone permissions, recording, playback metadata, and save behavior correctly on supported Android devices.

Steps

1. Open a form containing an audio question.
2. Start audio recording.
3. If prompted, grant microphone permission.
4. Let recording complete.
5. Verify playback information is shown.
6. Replace or delete the audio if supported.
7. Submit the form.
8. Repeat with microphone permission denied.

Expected Result

• On supported builds/devices, audio recording succeeds and returns a valid audio value.
• Permission denial is surfaced clearly.
• Cancel/error states are handled gracefully.
• Saved observations preserve the audio reference.
• If audio functionality is not available in the current build, the failure is explicit and understandable rather than silent.
