When checking the box in the HP Functions tab of the GUI to install HP BIOS updates, the OSD process gets stuck on the Install-ModuleHPCMSL. On the screen the last few lines are as follows:
Confirmed Internet Connectivity
Confirmed HP Tools Supported [Test-HPIASupport]
Confirm HPCMSL Installed [Install-ModuleHPCMSL]
HPCMSL in Gallery: 1.8.6 vs Installed: 1.8.6
After displaying this, nothing happens. Pressing any buttons in the PowerShell window does not get it to continue.
Up until recently, it successfully installs the BIOS update, and moves past this. Nothing has changed recently in my configuration or setup of OSDCloud. The only thing I noticed changed is that there was an update released to HP CMSL 9 days ago. Prior to this update, it would not get stuck at this point.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Boot into the OSDCloud WinPE image, and start the GUI.
- On an HP device, in the GUI, go to the HP Functions tab, and check the box next to HP Update System Firmware from (whatever the current version is) to (whatever the latest version is)
- Start OSD Cloud from the GUI
