feat: swipe controls in hidden apps page

Feature description

same swipe controls that was recently added but in the hidden apps page where swiping left unhides the app and swiping right shows the patches for this app

Motivation

it will be easier to know what patches for what apps even if the app is hidden so if someone decides to patch the app in the future they can know what patches does it have instead of needing to to unhide the app then checking the patches

I think the user should understand what they are hiding before they hide it.

I don't understand why they would hide it, then decide they wanted to peek at the patches for an app they already dismissed.

not thinking about patching it at the time before hiding it then deciding to check the patches to decide... i mean the feature is already there so it's a small quality of life update that is a convenience that's all
