bug: When having multiple repos, the "Recommend" version defaults to an incorrect version

Bug description

I have the Official Morphe Patches, Anddea and Piko configured on my Manager. When I select Reddit, the default "Recommended" version that's selected is 2025.12.1 from Anddea rather than 2026.10.0 from Official Morphe Patches. I have only been patching apps using patches from the Official Morphe Patches repo only.

I am guessing it's selecting the recommended version from the first repo in a list of repos organized alphabetically rather than remembering the repo I have used before.

This behavior persists even after selecting the correct version, patching the app and installing it.

The obvious workaround - I disabled the repos that I am not really using keeping only the ones I am actually using to patch apps active.

I'm not sure If we need this complication of remembering the recommended version check mark. This check mark is only needed to download the selected version in the next dialog.

You just need to disable the bundles you don't use so that they don't appear in the list. Usually the previously selected APK is stored in the button at the bottom of the APK selection dialog, so remembering the check mark is not justified, since the recommended versions are not updated that often.

On the version selection screen, Anddea patches appear higher than Official patches (Even if the Official patches are higher on the main screen). One solution might be to make the sorting order of the patch sources on this screen the same as the order on the main screen.
