feat: reduce cli size

Feature description

With recent addition of Desktop GUI, cli size has increased significantly from ~45MB to ~125MB

As cli isn't only used by desktop users it is also used by other patcher tools like Enhancify, where including desktop gui is unnecessary and it only increases cli size rather than adding any usable improvements for those users

So either reduce cli size by somehow compressing it or providing a separate lighter version of CLI which has unnecessary gui code removed to use in other patching tools, would be a great idea

Motivation

• Faster cli download
• Better for users on limited data plan

CLI isn't downloaded often, and it doesn't get updated as often as patches do.

If we can minimize the jar a bit more that is much more preferable than having two separate builds and two separate releases.

Yeah compressing jar file is better alternative, even if it only goes down to around 100MB or less, it would be a lot better
