Plant models are not valid SBML due to duplicated IDs

The SBML models for plant species provided on the website contain duplicated IDs which makes them fail SBML validation.

Hi Christian, thank you for getting in touch. This is a known issue. We developed our own code for converting the models from the native ModelSEED format to SBML format, and the duplication occurs once, with a boundary species.

This is easily fixed by hand, if you open the file in a ASCII text editor, and remove one of the two lines for the species identified as M_cpd02701_b then the SBML file should then work.
