22:13 <el> ok so after turning the connection credentials setting off and restarting one of the devices i could resave the passphrase again and its now working
This happened spontaneously and not sure what could have triggered it, but I did mess about in my icloud settings a bit today, but did use the app successfully after that.
edit: Ok it's just happened again on my iphone with the conn cred setting off, so it's not that. This time just needed the app restarted.
